Safe and Secure Storage Units

Our security features include computerized gate access, video surveillance systems, and security fencing.  Each person renting with us is assigned a unique Gate Access Code known only to them (or anyone they choose to give it to).  Tenants must provide their own locks.  However, we do have locks available for purchase in our office.  Not only Safe and Secure but a real sense of SAFE and SECURE!  Our sight lines and building layouts provide open views.  No hidden corners or a sense of hidden trouble spots.  No one is going to be able to sneak up on you.   

Interior and Exterior Door Units

While our facility mostly consists of units with exterior doors, we do also offer interior units.  By definition, these interior units are not climate controlled, HOWEVER, there are still many advantages to these interior units.  The first advantage is that they will always keep you out of the elements.  Whether that be the rain, snow, or the sun, our interior units provide a unique set of advantages apart from the usual exterior door units.  Every unit in our complex is insulated with fiberglass insulation and a vapor barrier in order to mitigate humidity levels, which will keep all of your valuables from accumulating any kind of moisture.  With our 5 ft wide hallways and doorways, getting your belongings in and out of your interior unit is much easier than you would think; especially when you compare our interior unit hallways to some other nearby facilities.  Our interior unit sizes come in 5x5, 5x10, 5x15, and 10x10.  

Convenient

All of our customers are provided their own unique access code that allows them access to the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Wider Driveways

Wider driveways allow for large moving or shipping trucks to navigate the facilities, as well as convenient maneuvering to your storage unit.

We offer a variety of moving supplies to help make moving and short/long term storage easier.

New Additions

Our facility has been growing rapidly ever since we've been under new management in 2007.  With the two most recent additions of units in 2013 and 2016, our facility has grown from around 150 units up to 450 units.  We also have plans to add another addition very soon, as we are already starting to reach full capacity once again.  

New LED Lighting 

In 2016, we converted our entire complex over from florescent lighting to more efficient LED lighting on all interior hallways.
